There are no ruleouts in Namus for this gentleman. He does not appear on Doe Network. I feel like @madamx suggestion above is probably not him, he didn't seem to have graying hair and the height difference is 7 inches. But I don't have any better suggestions

Surely the weight estimate of 80 lbs. isn't fully accurate. He would've had to be extremely thin. But if he was, it could explain why he was wearing so many layers. MOO.
