It would be nice to know what kind of tattoo/what kind of dog was on the tattoo and if it was a professional tattoo done by a tattoo artist. I suppose people who have a dog tattooed on their body this must have some significance for them. A pet lost maybe. Or is there a picture of it in the Namus file? Can't reach their site today. I guess if people remember her or are looking for her they don't say she has a dog tattoo but probably a tattoo of "a such and such" dog.

Yes, when I submitted her the UID was still listed as an unknown female. it's definitely not Chriscinda.

Is this tattoo gang related or somebody stupidly thinks it's "just" cool to have a tat like that? There is a Theo Ulah Hector George riders Motor Club, but I'm not sure about a Philly chapter.

could be both but im thinking its not gang-related because it doesn't have any specific gang emblems or slogans. A lot of people get silly tattoos when they're young, especially if they're trying to act tough.

Dont think it is gang related because gangs i think use specific symbols and expressions. T.h.u.g. is very generic and can just mean she was part of a rap music subculture but not necessarily affiliated with any gang.
