I wonder what lead to the neighbor looking into the house to see her body on the floor?
Was a door left open?

I've attached a screenshot from Streetview from google.com so you can see what the house looks like.
It's looks to be a large house in a nice neighborhood, lawns, tree-lined street. I'm not local to Philadelphia so can't say how the area is now, (although it looks good!) but I'm sure it would've been a very nice neighborhood back then.
