Rocky Charles Sokolowski of Monroe County is on the RSO list.

That didn't stop Rocky from stalking women and children. Following them into places like Rite-Ade, Kohl's and Weis market where he took photos and yes......smelled them. Thankfully brave women reported these frightening incidents and Rocky is where he belongs
