York Area Regional Police Dept.
" Update to Missing Person, at approximately 1400 hours,
our department received a call to the Windsor Township Building,
once onscene they found that Ronald was found
at a residence in the 3000 block of East Prospect by a homeowner,
and driven to the above location,
he is being treated premlimary for cold exposure,
but appears to be in good shape.
