'A confrontation at a Manheim Township convenience store early Monday ended in an assault, robbery and the theft of 4 gallons of iced tea, police said.

The trouble began at about 4:13 a.m. inside the Turkey Hill at 2673 Lititz Pike, where Laurie A. Vasquez, 33, of Lancaster, arrived with two men to confront a female store clerk about a personal issue, township police said in a news release.'

Police say Vasquez attacked the clerk and stole cash, while the men stole the four gallons of tea. She's been arrested, but the tea thieves haven't been found. Anyone with information is asked to call township police at 717-569-6401.
