Circumstances of Disappearance
He drove to his home state of Pennsylvania. And stayed at a hotel for a couple of nights.

He talked to his son and ex wife a few times. He stopped calling and messaging both of them.

On Friday, May 21, 2021 he checked out of the hotel and hasn't been heard from since.

Pennsylvania State Police Attempting to Locate Man

Pennsylvania State Police seek public’s help to locate man | WJET/WFXP/YourErie.com

Troopers are looking for Scott Allen Bittner, 50. He is 5' 5" tall and weighs about 250 pounds.


He was last seen at the Comfort Inn in Summit Township May 14, according to State Police.


He may be driving a light blue Nissan Mirage, troopers said.


Anyone with information on his location is asked to call State Police at the Erie barracks at 814-898-1641.
