I love how her blog on MySpace is religious.

I wonder when she last updated it? It also says she is single, doesn't drink or smoke? Was she trying to hide herself?

I hope the page goes private soon, just to protect the children. I think it is disgusting that she didn't bother to take her children off the page or lock up the pictures so everyone wouldn't know who the daughter is. Of course, this obviously would not think about protecting her children first.

OMG! This makes me so SICK and sooo sad at the same time! How could a mother let this happen! That poor child! A mother is supposed to protect her children! I fear this little girl is going to have some big time emotional problems - not only because of what the boyfriend tried to do, but bigger ones because of her own mother! That is the ULTIMATE betrayal! I am so sad for that little child, but thankful she was strong enough to get away and seek help!


DAMN! LE needs to charge that mother to the fullest extent of the law!!

Still in disbelief over what seems to be a trend of posting to public spaces these 'clues' of what's to come. What could be going on in such twisted minds?

The mother should get the same charges as the mother's boyfriend. It is like someone who hires someone to murder another person. The person that she hires does the killing but she is the one who arranges it and pays to have it done and USUALLY the person who does the hiring and the person who does the murder get the same amount of time in prison. The murder or rape wouldn't have even happened if there wasn't another adult involved that wanted it done.

Why did this monster mom want her daughter to get pregnant anyway? I'm sure the mother's boyfriend was only to happy to go along with the plan. Ole mom probably didn't even have to beg him :furious:

The child has guts.....she got herself out of a situation that had to be unbelievably mind boggling to her.

At this point the news articles are indicating she succeeded in protecting herself from his advances. So I'm praying that she is not pregnant due to his attempts not getting past attempts.

I agree, she should get the same charges. As far as her wanting her daughter to get pregnant by her bf? Obviously she's ignorant. She also wanted them to get married? By who? Who would perform a ceremony or give a license to a thirteen year old?

I don't even have words to describe how disgusted I am by this woman and her bf. I hope wherever they end up that they're scared and abused (just like they made this little girl).

For the little girl and her brother, I hope there is some family member that isn't crazy, that would take them in and love them like a parent should.

Mom was thinking that by letting him molest her daughter he would stay around.I believe he is a pedophile and probably was with her to get to the daughter.They should never get out of jail.Her father is another for not believing his daughter when she first told him what they were trying to do.I hope the daughter can get beyond all of this and have a normal life.IMO

That mother should be taken out and given a good beating. Wanting her daughter to have sex and then marry the mother's boyfriend. What is she desperate for a man...going that far just to keep the creep around! She has to have a screw or six loose. I think she has a younger brother. Someone posted above that they were glad grandma came into the picture so I'm assuming grandma is taking care of the girl and her little brother.

Shana Brown, 34, pleaded guilty on Oct. 4 to conspiring to put alcohol in her then 13-year-old daughter's drink twice in 2009. She planned for her alleged co-conspirator, Dwayne Calloway, to get the girl pregnant.

Brown testified against Calloway as part of her plea agreement. Calloway was acquitted of all charges last year however, after denying that he was part of the conspiracy.
Brown's daughter was never impregnated.
