Circumstances of Disappearance
Solomon Lucas was reported missing from 5359 W. Berks St. by his brother, Arthur Lucas (267-581-0618). Solomon is reportedly homeless and Arthur has still not seen or heard form him. SWDD personnel made numerous attempts to located Solomon with negative results.
