Thomas Leyshon committed a gruesome, violent and monstrous act last year when he attacked four women at a Plains Township hair salon with a hammer, a Luzerne County judge said...

Toole sentenced Leyshon to 16 to 32 years in state prison Wednesday, after hearing testimony from family members of the four victims as well as an apology from Leyshon...

Leyshon, 42, of Mountain Top, pleaded guilty in March to four felony counts of aggravated assault and four felony counts of robbery stemming from the Aug. 10, 2007, incident at the Hairem Hair Care Center on North River Street.
