The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile True Legacy Shelton. True was last seen July 30, 2025, at 7:30am, on the 5400 block of Warrington St.
She is 14 years-of-age, 5’-9”, 110 lbs., long brown braided hair with pink in it and was last seen wearing a black pants, navy blue class shirt and white glasses.
