If you have time to search the county court records he has a number of arrests for burglary and theft as well as breaking into unoccupied structures and receiving stolen property. The receiving stolen property could have put him in harm's way, I'm afraid. Punxsutawney driver gets jail sentence for fatal crash | TribLIVE.com (scroll down to get his arrest - it's not the fatal crash one, but further down).
