From what I could find, the former Harriet Tubman Home for Girls was located at 3619 North 21st Street. After reading the newspaper clippings, it says the Harriet Tubman Center, which was in a different part of the city (East Germantown near East Locust Ave and Chew Ave), but still densely developed.
