PA - Upwards of 200 Philly teens brawl in Center City

It was bound to happen. According to some it was expected. The weather breaks and the teens start fighting and causing commotion. Oh and throw bottles at the cops.

14 were arrested and have a hearing today. Kudos to Philly's finest for remaining calm and getting the job done.
