The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 42 year old Missing Person Victoria Williams. She was last seen at 1:30 P.M. on Thursday, April 4th, 2019, on the 9XX block of North 12th Street.

She is 5’7″, 280 lbs., heavy build, dark brown complexion, brown eyes and brown curly hair shoulder length. She was last seen wearing a light color dress. She may have gone to New York City area and might be in accompany of Tysheen Ashby.
