On September 8, 2015 it was reported to the City of McKeesport Police Department that a patient of Farkas Manor walked away from their facility on September 3, 2015 at approximately 09:30 AM. Reported missing is Vincent Coniglio, an 86 year old white male, last seen wearing a brown striped polo shirt, khaki pants and black shoes. Mr. Coniglio has no known medical history other than cataracts. The attached photo is the most recent photo dated from October 2009.
