They were very vague about her being dropped off at a meeting. Work meeting? AA meeting? That might help if we knew a little more about if she was at a business meeting, medical, or an addiction meeting of some kind. All it mentions is that a family member dropped her off at this meeting, then she appeared to go missing.

So she went missing on Dec. 31st, according to the FB page, and they reported her missing on January 3rd? The news article didn't even state the date that she went missing.

It says that she is separated. Of course, the spouse/significant other is always the first one suspects, but who knows with this case, Not a lot of details out to help us sleuth here, JMO. I hope she's ok,

Thanks. Again, the details are so few in this case. who dropped her off? Brother, sister, mother? They just say a family member.

What meeting was she attending? Where it was NYE, she might have hooked up with someone she trusted and decided to go out and have some fun. Maybe foul play is involved, or maybe she took off and doesn't want to be found.

What was her mental state when dropped off? No details provided there, either.

Was she on any medications? Medical conditions?

So many questions, yet nothing to go on to try and help search for her. She could be in Montana by now.....

A missing Upper Burrell woman has been found.


Wendy Rupert, 54, was last seen by her family at 3 p.m. Dec. 31 on her way to a meeting in New Kensington, Upper Burrell police said.

A police Facebook update now says she was found Saturday.
