The suspect has been identified as 26-year-old Moenell Coleman of Coatesville. Police say he has ties to Wilmington, Delaware and Norristown, Pennsylvania."

No car. She (her body) bumped into him (his body) as they shopped in the store:

"An altercation that started inside a grocery store, ended up down the street where two people were shot, according to police. Surveillance video from inside a Coatesville market on East Lincoln Highway shows the altercation that happened before 10 a.m. on Wednesday."

In the video, the guy "she bumped into" appeared to be right on top of her most of the time. I'm thinking he's not right in his mind.

What an absolute nightmare. Have there been any updates on her or her brother’s condition?

edit: found an nbc news article saying the woman’s injury was a graze in the right leg, but not much info on her brother.
