Woman Slices Eggplant, Finds Name of God

A Pennsylvania woman sliced open an eggplant Sunday and found the seeds spelled the word "God," 6abc.com reports.
Felicia Teske of Boothwyn, Pa., was making fried eggplant for dinner when she noticed the seeds in one of the eggplant slices appeared to read "God."

See, this is the news where I come from. This and more murders than days in the year so far. Fried eggplant rocks, and is holy I guess in this case. The Italians call it moulian here. I'm sure my spelling is wrong. Amen.

Oh how I miss Joey and his cheesesteaks! I am from Jersey and really miss going to Philly and eating at Geno's. My mouth is watering as we speak.

AH-HA, thus your name of Dark Shadows? Barnabas Collins? LOL I'm not from Soufff Philly, but Geno's is my fave too. I skip Pat's. Local gossip is Pat's son is getting booted out of Reading Terminal. Rick that is. I'd take a run down and send ya a cyber steak WITH if I could. Mad respect back at a Joisey neighbor. Haven't been to Wildwood yet this year. "Watch the tram car please". Nice to talk to ya Dark Shadows. All good things for ya. Eagles lost to the Ravens earlier. I'm still on baseball season though. Oh and eggplant. Right?

For all the money they pay out for advertising and buying silly things like this...I can't for the life of me remember the name of that casino!

Don't tell me because I can make it to Boothwyn in about 20 minutes tops. I may be tempted to go get that eggplant. I'm kidding.

ah ha... for once it's something that is a natural happening... the seeds form the word. Kind of reminds me of finding utensils in persimmon seeds.

I guess it looks like "GOD." It also looks like "Gip" to me. Does that mean anything?

I'm surprised it didn't say " Made in China". Most other things do these days.

  • #16
Wouldn't it be fairly easy to "rearrange" the seeds? Maybe it is real though. Someone will pay a good amount for it. I wish I had money to burn.:(

This lovely couple was in our daily Inky today. Seems they've been getting calls from all over the "world" for interviews. The world I tell ya. They posed holding this eggplant. Really a nice older couple.
