Here's what the boxers probably looked like, "Ethika Kiss Of Death Boxer Briefs".

Upper end of the age limit (would have just turned 15) but Devon Hester went missing very near by earlier this summer and his height matches and weight is only 10lbs off (not unusual for family to not have it exact for growing teens):

What were the clothes he was last seen in? If no description is provided, submit him.

they should be checking around philly. its very close by.
I'm sure they are. According to a news source he's a homicide victim, which means he could have been dumped there (MOO, no source has stated this).

The LE should distribute pictures of his shoes as they're likely very recognizable. I know my friends would recognize me from just my shoes since i wear the same pair every day!

it probably doesnt matter, he would have been wearing something different this many months later. The UID was a recent deceased.

wonder if the UID was in foster care and ran off and maybe he ran off a lot so hes not reported.... or like devon hester, hes been "missing" awhile.

I was surprised to see this come up on NamUs today. Lansdowne PD posted (on Facebook) on the 7th that he'd been identified.

Maybe they were just getting confirmation by comparing through Namus. Good to hear that he's been quickly identified.

Wow, so glad to hear that he’s been identified! Hopefully LE will be able to solve this!
