Walker finds partial skull on riverbank near Mildura holiday park

A crime scene has been established at the site where part of a skull was found along the Murray River at Mildura.

A man walking along the river's edge near the entrance of Apex Riverbeach Holiday Park made the discovery about 5.30pm on Monday.

The partial remains of a skull have been found near the banks of the Murray River at Mildura.

Early indications are that it is not historic remains
