Paul Harry Steele lived in San Leandro, CA and was last in contact with his case worker on July 5th 2019. At the time of his disappearance Steele was 70 years old, he’s described as a white male, hazel eyes, height of 5’9, weighing 200 lbs, amputated right leg and he used a wheelchair. At the time of his disappearance he was enrolled in a program for transient individuals to help them secure housing. After falling behind on rent, his case worker reported him missing after being unable to locate Steele or reach him over the phone.
