Pepsi Helps Coca-Cola Nab Corporate Spies

Apparently three "geniuses" working at Coke decided to try and sell trade secrets to Pepsi.
What they didn't realize is that Pepsi would have to be insane to take that kind of risk. If Coke ever found out they would be wiped off the face of the earth by the criminal & civil law suits.
They would have been better off trying to sell it to RC or some foreign beverage manufacturer that would be willing to take the risk for the benefits.
