Circumstances of Disappearance​

On May 12, 1984, around 12 p.m., Peter Roth, then 7 ½ years old, with dark hair and gray-brown eyes, was returning from school in Nassen SG, to his parents' home in Weiler Aachmüli (municipality of Mogelsberg). He was last seen near the Winteler grocery store, where he bought potato chips for himself and a classmate. The empty potato chip wrapper was found near a barn on the way to school, about 300 m from his parents' house.

Since then, no trace of Peter Roth has been found.
