No mention of a phone, but LDJ had said that she had called William on his pager, so maybe it's just the charger for that.

Forgery was all that was listed for this incarceration.

FWIW, Det Lancaster thinks that RA spoke with Tawni on the same day as the event (1/26/99), and after some thought she did come up with "Dawn or Donna."

The description that Tawni's mom gave of the girl/woman who came to the house was that she was blonde, with a hairpiece, was around the same height as Tawni, but her figure was curvier or more heavy set.

Sounds similar to the description the car salesman came forward with?

Why does Det. L think RA spoke to Tawni the same day of the accident? She did end up saying Dawn or Donna but maybe it's becasue she forgot what names she used before. 9 1/2 years is a long time to remember Cory/Carla...especially if you aren't that concerned about her. If RA did say Cory/Carla to throw LE off, maybe that's why she said Dawn/Donna now. I don't know, just throwing things out there. I know Tawni has a name now but I think there's so much more to the stories of the witnesses than we know.

Based on the last information from RA she indicated Ronnie Phelps might have been a pimp... and not Lipsey I wonder if Ronnie Phelps and WW are/were buddies and could he have been one of the black males responsible for robbing the mothers house. Here is his pic/ I wish we could get one of LDJ...

Why did the mother's home get robbed? Was there any motive behind that? Probably had to do with Tawni, I'm sure?

just remembered something. I was working one contacting someone before tawni was identified. It was the girl listed in the police report as being an associate of LDJ, and matching the description of Tawni her name was Monica Dorety.
in the report it indicates the police tracked her down as being in jail in Tx at the time Tawni was killed so they were sure it wasnt Monica. I wonder if she looks familiar to the family. I tried and tried to get her to respond to me on Myspace but NO LUCK she just ignored me.....
even when I asked MONICA WE DESPERATLY NEED YOUR HELP , do you or did you know this girl....

Any ideas on these items? An Arizona driver's license, two (what appear to be) hospital wrist bands, and a letter...I can make out some of the letter, but not much. "Now I'm far from home...to better...I feel...gets to..."

Its the pink duffel bag found in the trunk. If you can't see my pics, refer back to the original photos. The items I mentioned are laying on the duffel bag, so I'm assuming they were found somewhere loose in the trunk.

Somebody else dissected all of those items before. They got the address etc off of the letter etc. I was told Tawni didn't have a drivers license. In some states you do have to be 18.
