Distinguishing Marks/Features: No tattoos or major scars. Circumcised. Possibly hispanic.

Dentals: Available. Missing three front upper teeth and two lower molars. Natural teeth in good repair. May have worn a maxillary partial denture replacing teeth #'s 7-9, but no partial was present. #17 & #18- mesial drift. #29 root tip. Class I occlusion. generalized bone loss.

DNA: Available in FBI NMPDD.

Clothing: Dark, short-sleeved shirt with Always Night and Day (large); red/wine colored briefs (Fruit of the Loom - medium).

Circumstances of Discovery


The victim was located by mine workers in a phosphate-mining pit east of Henry George Road, South of Old Hopewell Road in rural Plant City, Florida on March 11, 2003. He was partially eaten by an alligator. Trappers captured the critter. Authorities believe the man, who had been drinking, fell into the water and drowned before the alligator got to him.
