What started?
This whole case.

That hand controlled the weapon that violently stole 4 innocent lives and ruined dozens of others.

That same hand being held towards the judge delivering a guilty on all counts plea.

That exact hand is why we're all here on this thread and have been on the 111 others for almost 3 years.

That cowardly, boney, selfish and evil hand.

This.

People talk about locking doors and closing curtains in their homes but not as many realise that social media can be and is an actual peephole into you, your life, home and routine!
I find it very scary how much people (especially young people) share on their WIDE OPEN socials. Like I am just a woman in my 30's but the amount of follow requests I get on my Instagram account weekly is insane and I often think, how on earth do these people find me?! Of course I'm locked down and tbh I only share pictures of trees and graveyards that I visit on my insta, but it's honestly terrifying if you really think about it.
I believe creepface was obsessively checking at least one of the housemates insta and trolling using the wide open profile that showed him pretty much everything he needed to know.

Lock down your socials the same way you would lock your front door people 🖤
BBM------ Jw192 "Lock down your socials the same way you would lock your front door people."🖤

SHADES >> CLOSE THEM.

We were robbed a while ago. We were off the road a bit but visabilty stronger in winter no leaves on trees. Robbers caught, string of 8 in area towns.
A man I knew in town said to me casually after the robbery, he could see front to back into my house when he drives by because of the grade from the road and he could tell which room was my daughters, he said it's the blue room. I froze.

He successfully maintained the crime scene and took care of his good friends at the same time.
He did well!

Being able to do something like that (2 things in his case!!) can go some way to mitigating the feeling of helplessness in a position of extreme danger, which is a situation that can lead to ptsd. I'm not a doc or therapist, but it's likely he has ptsd but realising later, even if a therapist has to point it out to him, that he was able to do these really important things in the moment, is something deemed to be helpful during treatment. MOO It gives some hope.

I want to know how he lightened his hair. His hair for the court hearing was much lighter than the dark brown it has been for all the previous hearings.
That's been mentioned a few times on here. iirc people think that difference in lighting in the courtroom combined with much shorter hair than normal would lead to his hair looking a lot lighter in colour.

Altho I suppose it's possible his attorney took him spray-on hair dye.

I agree with everyone else, its just that his hair is much more closely cropped.

In this photo you can see some lighter tones close to the roots, and he also appears to be wearing a lot of product, which also darkens the appearance slightly.

Apologies for such a close up picture.

I’ve wondered about this. Was the vigorousness and obtuse defense proclaiming his innocence - was it her upholding her job to the enth and hoping that the judge do as he did - prevails- annoyed and shut it down , show time - we are going to trial.
Exhausting every option so that This Killer would be put away forever -no procedural errors - if so - quite a hand she played- and got the charges down, avoided trial. She is a honey badger, maybe we will come to appreciate her performance even more in time. Her job so crucial and she being so aggravating and obtuse. I just think 🤔 maybe she outsmarts a lot of people, knows how to approach and win.
Her body language at Plea- relaxed, exhaled relief -

Was it my imagination or did I hear the judge say to AT at plea “ did you have enough time to get through the discovery” ? and AT answering yes with a self deprecating smiling ( perhaps there was a wink unseen) if I am wrong - lemmeno

Would her room be the one on the first floor? Or, was she taking over KG's room since KG had moved out?
I'm thinking she wasn't taking over KG's room after she moved out due to the wording of the article.

AN’s daughter, AC, was planning to hang out with friends and former roomates at the University of Idaho on the night of Nov. 12, 2022.

Obvs... JMO. :)

Not sure defense attorneys have always been this way, but I find it slimy when they know their client is guilty, but stretch the truth (or outright lie) to get people off. I thought defense was for falsely accused, now it's about getting criminals off.

Following up on my post from yesterday, mentioning the ease of breaking into a locked sliding glass door, and mentioning that there were suggestions that the door was broken and could not be locked, in chapter 42 of the Patterson book, The Idaho Four An American Tragedy, it is written, 'Everyone in their circle, even their parents, knew that the lock was broken. You just had to lift the mechanism up and the door released.' So BK surely had no trouble getting in through the slider. JMO

Thanks, Steve. My impression from the Prime doc interviews is that no one in Moscow locked their doors, it wasn't even something people thought to do because it was so safe. Obviously, now that's changed.

from the Today article:

"Couch had recently graduated and moved back home to her parents’ house to save money, her mom said."

Judge: Have you been able to do all the discovery you feel necessary?
AT: Yes, your honor. (with a bit of a smile and tiny chuckle in her voice, perhaps self deprecating as you say)

They've always been this way. A friend of mine who was a Defense Attorney told me that they never ask their clients if they are guilty or not. They don't want to know so that they aren't lying in court.

Not your imagination! I noticed that too. I interpreted her smile to be her admitting to the joke being on her for having asked for all that extra time. My interpretation could be wrong tho.

Thanks for the reality check from an insider. Makes sense not to ask!

Side note: I just found out this weekend that a friend of mine is a photographer in the courtroom the last few appearances by BK. Small world isn't it?

So maybe you can ask your friend if Bryan's hair was really lighter, or was it just the lighting in the courtroom?
