Agreed with P. Holloway, beginning 2:41:33 ff. where he says (paraphrased) ".. justice is in the eyes of the beholder..."; in describing what he would've done differently than the prosecutor.
Justice to some may be entirely different than justice would look like in the eyes of the victim's parents/families.
Doubtful imo , that there are many who would disagree with the harshest penalties allowed by law had this gone to trial.
I haven't followed B. Thompson's other cases but in BK's case I still think it was the safest if not the best outcome.
Although again not everyone's wish, but the DP would have carried other burdens like having to keep seeing the monster in appeal (?) hearings.
Still praying the families can find peace !
