Bryan Kohberger is a shower-hogging ‘weirdo’ who calls his mom for hours, inmates say

The former PhD student, 30, was described by other prisoners as a ‘f******* weirdo,’ who quickly became annoying due to some of his habits

Following his sentencing, the Moscowpolice department released several tranches of files related to their investigations,including accounts from inmates at Latah County Jail, where Kohberger had been held.

When asked if Kohberger had ever lost his temper, the man recalled a time when he had been watching sports and Kohberger had been video calling his mother, which he did “for hours each day.”

“[The inmate] said "you suck" to one of the players on the team. At which point Kohberger immediately got up and put his face to the bars and aggressively asked if [he] was talking about him or his mother,” the documents stated.

Nice to know creepy murderer gets to FT w/parent, yet he took that away from Kaylee, Madison, Xana and Ethan. I was hoping to hear about him rotting away. moo

wonder if his DNA is processed through CODIS yet. I don't know why but I have this nagging feeling about him...like something that was a catalyst for his drug use in high school...I wonder if he has done some other violent sexual crimes.

wonder if there are any neighborhood mysteries we could attach to him.

Guilty at trial for sure. But the DNA was vulnerable to subsequent rulings by supreme on admissibility of Genealogy searches.

And it's possible that that's why the Prosecution accepted the Plea Deal, but it was the Defense who offered it, not the Prosecution. They had a strong case.

The first thing the ISP crime lab did once they had the sheath DNA was upload it to CODIS. They received no hits, which is why IGG was done.

When she heard Kaylee go upstairs (she's really hearing Xana here), the dog started barking around the time she said "someone's here." The dog continued barking in the house, but then the sound got more distant, which told her Murphy had gone outside.

Earlier in the night it appears that Dylan saw Kaylee and Murphy go upstairs, and it seems that it was at this point she heard them playing. So my guess is that Dylan went to bed at this point, and the playing she heard was well before the murders.

She falls asleep, and thinks this is the same event. But it's not.

Kaylee and the dog are playing. They go to bed. The murders begin. Xana says "someone's here", and the dog starts barking and the final murders occur.

Yes. That’s my take on it. I think he probably followed Kohberger outside. It sounds like he was out there barking for like half an hour (if I recall).
