Evidently they had enough that his attorney, one of the few death penalty PA trial lawyers in the state, advised him to plead guilty & admit he was the murderer.Touch dna is still DNA but could easily try to be explained away because it was touch. I’ve read through almost all of the doc dump and they really just didn’t have a lot. Some but not a lot. JMO
She tried dealing with the touch DNA, how it was obtained & whether it was constitutionally obtained prior to the trial & she lost all her motions to suppress it. The DNA was coming in & she had no defense for explaining away how his DNA could have gotten inside the victim’s house going into trial.
