Judge Hippler telling the Court that everyone to be on best behavior. He spoke about the calls being made to his office asking for him to reconsider this. "The Court has never and will never take in account the public's opinion about his law making decisions".

I can see why this is an issue. It's one thing if people do it on their own, but he has a huge platform and he encouraged it several times. I feel for him and his pain, but this just wasn't the way.

Judge Hippler is addressing what SG did re: asking people who know him to reach out to him to get him to reject the plea.

Judge is furious. He's scorching SG without naming him. "It's not appropriate and frankly not something I would take into account when considering a case like this."

I knew he wouldn't. I trust this judge.

He's letting people know what the parameters are of his authority with regard to the plea.
