A mother of a one week old baby called 911 after midnight when she was unable to breast feed her baby and she coulget formula negate stores were closed.
An officer went to a closed Meijer store, knocked on the door and shined his flashlight inside until he got the attention of an employee, who helped him purchase formula and a bottle for the mother.
"Now look, you might not be able to help me, but there's a mom who said her milk dried out. She can't find anywhere to buy formula. Is there anybody anywhere in here that can turn on a cash register? I'll buy it for her and take it to her," said Willoughby.
The employee then helped Willoughby pick a bottle to go with the formula. He then hand-delivered both items to the stressed-out mother.
