Police officer orders 2nd woman to strip

A second charge of official misconduct was filed Friday against a former Waukegan police officer accused of forcing a woman to undress in June when he responded to a domestic violence call.

Mario Antillon, 36, of the 4400 block of Tucker Lane, Waukegan, asked the woman to strip when he went to her apartment June 12, the same day he allegedly requested that a woman undress after police were called to a motel, authorities said.
