CINCINNATI -- A Cincinnati police sergeant is now facing charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failing to maintain reasonable control

Tests showed her blood alcohol level was three and a half times the legal limit.


Thomas has been placed on desk duty, and will appear before a judge on Wednesday

Well, at least she's going to appear before a judge. We've had some cases in Louisiana that just get swept under the rug.....unless the police officer makes the mistake of messing up in front of a reporter.
