I found this article with an interview from Christine explaining she went into hiding because her husband was abusive. I hope this is legit and she and the girls are okay. I can speak from experience some husbands with disability can be abusive I know mine was. I did so much for him and it wasn't enough. My guess she got overwhelmed with him and the children and her children won out.
