POSSIBLE SERIAL KILLER IN CHICAGO??

I was looking into another case today, and while I was going down a rabbit hole, I ran across some information that could possibly be tied a serial killer in Chicago.

I think the cases where the victims are older aren't related, but the ones where the victims are younger (20s) are. The male victims seem to be the targets in my opinion, and one thing I see they predominantly all have in common is the that they are foreign or have foreign ties, they are all around the same age, and the majority disappeared either going to or leaving "party" destinations (bars or clubs). The mainly have been listed as drowning but the manner of death for them isn't decided because the medical examiner can't for sure say....leaving the possibility wide open that they very could have been killed. They all disappeared within an hour radius of one another as well. One of the victims, Seamus Grey, was in the Navy, and literally trained in the water, and even being intoxicated I don't see him drowning if he was awake. The fact that the majority of them have foreign names, accents, or ties really stands out to me though. I don't believe the SFK is responsible for their deaths like alot of people, but I do believe they aren't just "accidents".
