Post link to single post from WS?

Hi,

How do I post a link, that shows a single posting from another thread here on WS?

I have seen this done, it is much easier than posting the link to the whole thread and telling the others to go to post # such and such.

When you click on the link that is posted, only the post referenced shows up.
