From the police report...Tammis's12/27 text to LM: "Can we get together tomorrow
morning to talk with you and your dad? I'm afraid she'll
be gone forever, cause she doesn't want to go to jail for
kidnapping. She doesn't trust u or ur dad. The only way
she'll come back is if my attorney faxes the signed
papers to her so she won't get in trouble, and Gabriel b
w/us."

I wonder why she wasn't charged with blackmail?

Is the police report mistaken about the date of that text? I noticed that they had typed it as 12/27/09 on the report but I also noted that the family via BeanE claimed it was the 22nd. :waitasec:

I don't know..it's weird! It 's just that one sentence and I didn't see it reported anywhere else..hopefully it's a mistake.

I figured she'd be out pretty quick. I'm sure that Tammi and Jack figured the arrest was imminent, and have had the money to post bond on stand-by for weeks.
