You would think someone who was at these parties would have come forward by now. Actually, you would think several people would have come forward.

That's what I was thinking. You'd think someone would be talking about seeing him (by now). But I don't think he was ever at the party...much less in Boulder.

Has anyone heard a peep from the White's concerning this confession?

Mark doesn't seem to be too impressed at this point and I have to agree with him - "I'm not going to get any more involved in this case. I think it's gotten totally out of hand. And I think we have to sit and wait for something more substantive to occur."

yes they do. Read robert Resslers books. He has several letters and notes from pedo's communicating with family members. They have sent family's on goose chases with money and ransoms knowing full well that the child had been killed within the first 24 hours. The most particular case was out of alabama where a man grabbed a young girl at the end of her driveway and sent the family on a wild goose chase.with phone calls and instructions about where to find the body and even had the girl write a letter to her family and mailed it. he then abducted another 10 year old and tormented the family.This guy used a voice distorter and everything.It was a game, and he got his rocks off tormenting the victims 15 yr old younger sister while the PD was trying to get a phone trace.

It is part of the game for them. John Walsh received letters after the fact from Otis Toole that were so vile in nature they made me physically sick when he disclosed parts of them in his biography(otis toole claimed to have killed Adam).

I understand Marc Klaass is angry right now, and I know he has done a great deal for missing children but that does not make him an expert on past crimes through out the hx of the US. That is not a slam or detriment to his character at all (just in case anyone might think I am and try and kick me off). But i have read several books that have various stories of pedo's leaving notes and or arranging ransoms after killing the victim. Its all part of the sick game.Marc says HE has never heard of a pedo writing a note, that doesn't mean it hasn't happened.

Just to Clarify.....I love Marc Klaass,he is great, he does a lot for missing children, he has suffered a lot, he's great, I like him.

Watching the news shows last night where it showed JMK in the orange jumpsuit sitting in the hearing room, it struck me he looked so much like Scott Peterson!! It was the way he tilted his head a little to the side and up. The set of his mouth and chin, his eyes shifting around and a little arrogant look, wearing that orange suit just shouted SP to me!!

What about John Ramsey? If JB was at the party, certainly John was there. Wouldn't he remember a man sitting on the steps feeding his daughter pineapple? Do were have names of anyone who was at the party? Was Burke there? Does he remember this incident?

Very good questions!! I didn't even think of John or Burke. I was thinking only of the other guests. Surely, John knows the answer to this. I heard Trip Demuth (I think), say that there was a list of everyone who was at that party. He couldn't remember if Karr was on the list or not. My gut feeling is that John Ramsey knows this isn't the guy, but is going to ride it out. It's the first time he's been out from underneath that umbrella, but it looks like it may start storming again, and he'll once again find himself under it..

So really, if they can verify that he was indeed there, then you'd could almost begin to believe that he may have done this. But I don't think he was there...he has read this somewhere. Didn't Karr say that he talked to JonBenet and she said she didn't feel pretty? I thought I remember hearing that a long time ago from someone else...but I don't remember who it was.

And another thing...who knows if what the media is feeding us is even true. Unless you hear him saying it...I just don't think we can believe what they are feeding us. They all seem to have an agenda.

I did hear someone say (last night), that they should have prelimary results back from the DNA testing. I wonder if they'll share the results with us? Or will they never tell us what the results are if they don't charge Karr?

There was no ransom note in any of those cases. As to the Ala. case, I don't think he was classified as a pedophile, I think he was an opportunistic rapist with sadistic tendencies. I don't believe that writing notes to parents to torment them is the same as leaving a ransom note. The motivations are different.

bev he raped and murdered a 17 yr old and a 10 yr old. he had gobs of sadistic child in his home,that's a pedophile. and he did lead them on a wild goose chase with phone calls saying they would find her alive. phone call or note he still enjoyed the game of making a family believe their child was alive when they had been murdered. my point wasn't so much that pedo's leave ransom notes anyway. My point was that Marc Klaass is no expert and just because he hadn't heard of it, doesn't mean it didn't or couldn't have happened.
