Marquetta Moody is a prostitute. A prostitute and pretend cop. Moody was arrested for impersonating an officer. She robbed her john of $82.00 when she presented him with a Detective business card. This is just so backward. Why would the guy believe a cop would just present a card and he must have reported the crime.
