I’m going to post a few lesser known Does. Here’s my first one. VERY little is known about this woman.
All I know is that she was decomposing by the time she was found. All they can tell is that she was an adult.
Known Info
Sex: Female
Location: Caguas, Puerto Rico
Age: Adult (no further info.)
Height: 4’4” (133 cm), measured
Weight: 70 lbs (32 kg), measured
PMI: Not available. Based on the state of her remains I’d say she was probably dead for a couple days.
State of Remains: Not recognizable. Decomposing/putrefaction
The woman was found dead on a street after the neighbors complained of a foul odor outside, according to the description on Namus. She has no photo or reconstruction or sketch. Nothing. She’s just there. We don’t even have an idea what she looks like. All we know is that she was TINY! 4’4” and 70 pounds! That’s about as big as an average 8 year old child. This is an adult woman. Although I do know Latinos tend to be a bit on the shorter side.
She has no notable scars or tattoos. There is no clothing described as being found near or on the woman. Makes sense, we don’t even know what she looks like as I said. Her hair color is unknown, but we know she has brown eyes.
Nothing is known about her besides her height, weight, eye color, location found, and that she was indeed a woman and not a little girl.
Based on her size I wonder if she had her growth stunted as a result of a medical condition. Perhaps she grew up in poverty. Malnutrition can stunt a child’s growth and delay puberty. Delayed puberty can also explain her being so light. Perhaps she didn’t develop properly, and as a result of delayed puberty her chest area was unable to grow properly, and/or she didn’t experience normal bodily changes. Many women I have seen in that 4’2”-4’6” range are about 80-85 pounds. She was just 70 pounds. Maybe she was a little person. People with the most common form of dwarfism, achondroplasia, are usually 3’9” to 4’6”. She’s a bit tall to be a dwarf but it’s possible! Maybe she was just really small! I know it’s rare but entirely possible for a grown woman to be 4’4” with no medical conditions. I have a friend who’s 4’5”. She’s eighteen and very much done growing.
I hope someone releases more about this woman. Her chances of being ID’d are pretty slim, so we need y’all to work your magic! Her height may be quite distinctive.
