Questions:

1) Did Jennifer have an alarm system in her condo?

2) Were the parking spaces adjacent to Jennifer's, at her condo, assigned to anyone?

3) Besides showering/getting ready for work and texting/speaking with Rob, did Jennifer have any other habits as part of her morning routine (ex. stopping for coffee, donuts, going to the mailbox, etc.)?

The keys were among the items listed as missing.

if they tracked the pings couldnt they atleast determine time wise when she went missing better?

I would think so and they should also be able to have determined the direction they headed toward as they drove past cell towers. I recall Jenn received some calls from her mom. When Jenn failed to show up at work they called her mom and she in turn called Jenn.
