Rebecca was last seen in Brentwood, California on July 16, 1977. She was with her sister, 19-year-old Evangeline Rodriguez "Bungy" Silva, and her sister's boyfriend, 25-year-old Kenneth John Beltram. The females were last seen getting into the car with Beltram, and they were never seen again. Beltram was seen the next morning, without the females, and may have been seen 2 weeks later, but he has also never been heard from again. They are all considered to be missing under suspicious circumstances.
