Reopen topic and remove Rulled Out

My apologies if this is the incorrect forum for this. This was the closest thing I could find for an all purpose general moderation forum.

This topic was closed years ago. I started it.

Ruled Out NY - UID Female: Hot Case #3 to: Anne Riggin, Harrisburg, 1982 - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community


I admit that since it was my baby I can be biased towards it. But Doe Network still has the case listed as Active.

I don't know, is there some way we can get solid confirmation that it was ruled out? I see no articles online saying that she has been identified.

All set-I reopened the thread so we can see if Jane Doe has been id'd yet.
