Rescue dog escapes home, returns to Texas shelter and rings doorbell
A rescue dog in Texas escaped her new home and returned to the shelter she had been living, according to the Animal Rescue League of El Paso.

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX) — A husky-mix dog in Texas managed to return to her temporary home, which was nearly 10 miles away from her adopted home.
Bailey, who had been at Animal Rescue League of El Paso and was adopted to her new owner, got lost.
Bailey's owner notified the shelter about her disappearance.
Two days later, Bailey found her way back to the shelter in Canutillo, Texas.
Bailey, with her wet nose, popped up on the shelter's surveillance camera after 1 a.m.
Loretta Hyde, who is the founder of Animal Rescue League of El Paso, said staff rushed to the shelter to get Bailey inside.
Due to Bailey's popularity on the Internet, she was reunited with her owner, according to shelter employees.
Hyde said she believes Bailey's behavior says a lot about the shelter
"Strays want to go back to us. They love our shelter," Hyde said.
The shelter also said Bailey ran from her new home "when she got spooked and not because she was unhappy or being mistreated" and added that her owners are taking good care of her.
