Dish installer charged with taking underwear

A satellite-television installer accused of stealing underwear from a female customer has been charged, Dubuque police said.

The woman told police she saw Ronald J. Westemeier, 40, of Aurora put a pair of her underwear into his pocket.

Tobin said the woman confronted Westemeier, who apologized and returned the underwear. Officers who searched Westemeier's truck found several other undergarments, Tobin said.

Yes, it was definitely creepy. Wonder if he was the same dude or stole my wallet & keys during a recent installation I had? Don't know where this one happened. Do you know? I called the police and filed a report, but never heard another word. I'm still in the process of replacing some important items.
