He was last seen on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at approximately 10:00 am in area of Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue.
He is described as 6’, 200 lbs, short black hair. His clothing is unknown at this time.
Police advise that he could pose a risk to the public or to himself.
He is considered violent and dangerous.
If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.
