I hope he is located before the weather becomes worse.

It's always concerning when I see a senior with a "medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance" with access to a vehicle. The weather is going to get nasty, I hope he stops somewhere for gas or a pit stop and someone recognizes him.
