Ruby was allegedly abducted by her non-custodial mother, Bianka Teresa Salazar, who may use the alias names of Teresa Salazar, Bianka Sayre, Teresa Salazar Sayre, Teresa Reamsnyder, or Blanca Nunez. An FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for the abductor on June 13, 2002. They may have traveled to Texas or they may have left the country and traveled to Mexico. They are also believed to be traveling with another small child.
