Family Abduction from Las Vegas, Nevada since July 2, 2009

Age: 9 -- Height: 3'11" -- Weight: 60 lbs -- Hair Color: Black -- Eye Color: Brown

Rylan's nickname is Ry Ry.


Rylan was abducted by his non-cusdodial mother, Rina Lee, and his stepfather, Carlos Lee, on July 2, 2009. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Rina and Carlos on January 8, 2010. They may travel to the Bulacan Province in the Philippines.
